Sisters Only Brazilian JiuJitsu Class

Registration Now Open: Women’s Only Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Alhamdulillah, ICNA Nassau is starting a special program just for sisters: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ).
This is a women’s-only class taught by a certified female instructor. No experience is needed — just come as you are.

What you’ll gain:

• Practical self-defense skills

• Better fitness and strength

• Awareness and confidence in everyday life

• A safe, supportive space with other women

Details:

• Start Date: Saturday, October 11th at 7:30 am – 8:30 am

• Sessions: 10 classes total

• Fee: $200 (limited to 16 sisters)

This program is open to women of all ages. Together, we’ll build skills, health, and sisterhood — Insha’Allah.
