No experience is needed — just come as you are. \nWhat you’ll gain: \n\n\nPractical self-defense skills \n\n\nBetter fitness and strength \n\n\nAwareness and confidence in everyday life \n\n\nA safe\, supportive space with other women \n\n\nDetails: \n\n\nStart Date: Saturday\, October 11th at 7:30 am – 8:30 am \n\n\nSessions: 10 classes total \n\n\nFee: $200 (limited to 16 sisters) \n\n\nThis program is open to women of all ages.
